This development at Cambridge Business Park and was carried out for BBU Ltd at the end of 2008.

The roof was clad in Kingspan RW plastisol coated steel panels with Brett Martin triple skin rooflights. The roof is drainef by a very large internal pvc membrane lined composite guttering system draining into large post galvanised feature hoppers at each end of the building only.

Horizontally laid Kingspan architectural composite wall cladding was used with the Eurobox profile and Kingspan’s Woodgrain effect finish giving a striking and modern appearance. The gable ends were clad in Rockpanel from the Rockpanel ‘Woods’ range in Oak finish.
